MSC Circles of Practice: Public Offering
Free, Live Self-Compassion Practice Circles, 3 Times Every Day!
Since April 2020, the non-profit Center for Mindful Self-Compassion (CMSC) has been offering free daily 45-minute drop-in sessions for anyone interested in meditating together during this time of social-distancing and quarantine.
These circles are led by senior Mindful Self-Compassion teachers volunteering their time and include a short opening talk, a guided meditation of about 25-30 minutes, and then a time at the end for unmuting for brief comments and time to wave goodbye.
Sessions are held daily at 5:00 AM, 7:00 AM, and 4:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). Convert to your timezone.
All participants agree to the participant guidelines as part of their participation.
