MSC Circles of Practice: Public Offering
Free, Live Self-Compassion Practice for BIPOC-identified individuals

Since April 2020, the non-profit Center for Mindful Self-Compassion (CMSC) has been offering free daily 45-minute drop-in sessions for anyone interested in meditating together.

Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) Affinity Practice Circle
CMSC is pleased to offer an Affinity Practice Circle for the BIPOC community. Please note that these sessions are only for those who claim these identities themselves and not for those who identify as “allies” of those with the identities.

This global BIPOC circle practices MSC online together on Thursdays at 3:00 PM Pacific Time.

These sessions are led by senior Mindful Self-Compassion teachers volunteering their time and include a short opening talk, a guided meditation of about 25-30 minutes and then a time at the end for unmuting for brief comments and time to wave goodbye.

All participants agree to the participant guidelines as part of their participation.
